Lyon : general information

Practical information on the conference

The conference will be held on the campus of the Université Claude Bernard. It is well deserved in terms of public transport, near the beautiful Rhône river and the Parc de la Tête d'Or.
Restaurant coverage around the University campus is, however, somewhat lacking. We therefore offer the possibility to purchase meal vouchers at registration time. For logistical reasons, these vouchers will not be offered after the start of the conference.

How to Get to the Conference Site

The ISTIL building The presentation will be in the Amphitheatre of the ISTIL (Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l'Ingénieur de Lyon) on the Lyon1 Claude Bernard University campus.

Please visit this web site for comprehensive information on how to access ISTIL.

Recommended Hotels

There are many hotels available in Lyon. However, we recommend to book early as July is a difficult period. If you have problems finding a suitable hotel, feel free to contact members of the Local Organising Committee.
Invited speakers and reviewers will be lodged at: For the other participants we have reserved a number of studios in appartment hotels. These are high quality yet cheap accomodation and can be shared by two people. If you are interested by this option, please contact members of the LOC.
