Public Picnic and Solar Observation in the Parc de Gerland and Parc de la Tête d’Or.

We invite the public from 12pm onwards for a picnic and (weather permitting) a chance to observe the Sun using specially designed equipment, that allows it to be viewed safely.
This will be an opportunity to not only see the Sun in detail, but to also learn about how our nearby star (critical to life on Earth) functions.
