Third Announcement

Dear colleague,

This is the 3rd announcement for the conference 
                       "A Universe of Dwarf galaxies"
                       June 14-18 2010, Lyon, France.

* FINAL REGISTRATION: Deadline 2010 April 30th

We remind you that the deadline for the final registration and payment
of the fees is on April 30th.

Those who did not yet complete the administrative registration but wish to 
attend the conference should register (the scientific pre-registration
is not sufficient).

This final registration is a two-step process, and we recommend to read the
instructions before proceeding (see the web site).

* Any participant who did not yet made it should register now (first step)

* Regular participants should pay the fees before Apr. 30th at the discounted
  rate of 350 Euros (including lunches, conference dinner, ...)
  Later, the rate will be 390 Euros.

* Participants supported by the organizers should register in the
  category "Fee Waiver"

* Participants on a waiting list for the financial support should not
  complete the last step. If we finally cannot give them the fee waiver,
  they will pay the discounted rate of 350 Euros even after Apr. 30th.
  

* LOCAL SUPPORT FOR SIDE MEETINGS 

The Local organization committee offers some logistic support to meetings that
may be held in the evenings or before/after the conference.

They could be either 'open' meetings that may be advertized to all participants
or small collaboration meetings. They can be held in a room of the university,
or during a dinner in a restaurant...

The LOC may help in booking study-rooms and handle the announcements to the 
participants if relevant.(Of course the conference will not pay restaurant
bills or any bills...)

Please, feel free to propose your idea, we will try our best to support the 
organization. There is no deadline for this offer, but the LOC will be able to 
help only if enough time is given, in particular for room reservations.
