Image reconstruction with MiRA

Yeti is an extension of Yorick (a fast interpreted interactive data processing language written by David Munro).

Last Version

Yeti is now hosted on GitHub: github.com/emmt/Yeti. This is where you'll found the last versions of Yeti.

Old Versions

You'll find below old versions of Yeti.

Yeti Source

The following Yeti source packages are available:

Pre-compiled Packages

I have precompiled Yorick and Yeti on various architectures. The following packages are available:

  •  yorick-2.1.04x-2007-04-17-linux-ix86.tar.bz2 - Yorick 2.1.04 (CVS version of 2007/04/17) with Yeti 6.2.1 and extensions: yorick-z, yorick-gl, yeti, yeti_regex, yeti_fftw, yeti_gsl. This was build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 64-bit compatible processor (with GCC version 4.1.2, GLIBC version 2.5, FFTW version 2.1.5, GSL version 1.9).
  •  yorick-2.1.04x-2007-04-17-linux-x86_64.tar.bz2 - Yorick 2.1.04 (CVS version of 2007/04/17) with Yeti 6.2.1 and extensions: yorick-z, yorick-gl, yeti, yeti_regex, yeti_fftw, yeti_gsl. This was build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 64-bit compatible processor (with GCC version 3.4.5, GLIBC version 2.3.3, FFTW version 2.1.5, GSL version 1.9).
  •  yorick-1.6.02-linux-ix86_64.tar.bz2 - Yorick 1.6.02 build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 64-bit compatible processor.
  •  yorick-1.5.15-linux-ix86_64.tar.bz2 - Yorick 1.5.15 build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 64-bit compatible processor.
  •  yorick-1.6.03a-yeti-6.0.2-macosx-powerpc.tar.bz2 - Yorick 1.6.03 build as a relocatable for Mac-OS/X and PowerPC processor.
  •  yorick-2.1.02b-yeti-6.1.3-linux-i686.tar.bz2 - Yorick 2.1.02b plus Yeti 6.1.3 build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 32-bit compatible processor.
  •  yorick-2.1.02b-yeti-6.1.3-linux-x86_64.tar.bz2 - Yorick 2.1.02b plus Yeti 6.1.3 build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 64-bit compatible processor.
  •  yorick-2.1.02c-yeti-6.1.4-linux-i686.tar.bz2 - Yorick 2.1.02c plus Yeti 6.1.4 build as a relocatable for Linux and Intel 32-bit compatible processor.
  •  yorick-2.1.05x-2009-07-16-win32.zip - This is Yorick 2.1.05 (CVS version on 2009/07/16) plus Yeti 6.2.3 (with FFTW 2.1.5 plugin) built as a relocatable for MS-Windows and Intel 32-bit compatible processor.

This version is not built with MDI (Multi-Documents Interface) and can be run from Cygwin or MS-Windows. To use it, unpack the archive anywhere (you can move it around or rename the topmost directory as far as you preserve the underlying directory structure) and double-click on yorick.exe in the bin subdirectory.

Pre-compiled FFTW Library

For Yeti-FFTW plugin, you need FFTW version 2.1.5 (the new API in version 3 is not supported). You can download the code of FFTW from the official site then compile and install FFTW library yourself (you'll need the double precision version for Yeti). Otherwise, you can download and install one of the following precompiled versions:

  •  fftw-2.1.5-win32.tar.bz2 (  fftw-2.1.5-win32.zip) - FFTW 2.1.5 compiled for MS-Windows. This version is build as a Dynamically Linked Library (DLL) under Cygwin but with flag -mno-cygwin of GCC so that it can be used even if Cygwin is not installed on your machine. If you install the official FFTW Cygwin package, you'll need Cygwin installed and you'll probably get the wrong FFTW version (3 instead of 2).
  •  fftw-2.1.5-linux-i686.tar.bz2 - FFTW 2.1.5 compiled for Linux with Intel 32-bit compatible processor.
  •  fftw-2.1.5-linux-x86_64.tar.bz2 - FFTW 2.1.5 compiled for Linux with Intel 64-bit compatible processor.

Yeti 6.4.0

Yeti version 6.4.0 has been released (2015-02-06). This version has no new feature compared to 6.3.3 but is now hosted on GitHub. [more]
