Software and Algorithms

I have developed or contributing to the following free softwares:

Data Processing

  • MiRA is a Multi-aperture Image Reconstruction Algorithm for interferometric data.
  • OIFITS.jl is for reading/writing OI-FITS files (optical interferometric data) in Julia.
  • YOIFITS is for reading/writing OI-FITS files in Yorick.
  • TiPi is a Java framework for solving inverse image problems and for image reconstruction which was developped as part of the ANR MiTiV project.
  • CP40soft is a software suite for processing CP40 photon counting data.

Optimization

  • OptimPack is a library which implements algorithms for optimization of large scale problems with bound constraints.
  • Algorithms is a repository of various useful numerical algorithms which can be used almost standalone.

Yorick Plugins

Miscellaneous

  • RFSXplore is a Windows graphical interface to rfstool for exploring ReiserFS partitions and copying files or directories from ReiserFS filesystem (or Windows partitions) to Windows filesystem.
